• Position: - Regional Facilitators, Child A Change Maker.

• Functional area: - Fundraising (School Fundraising).

• Location:-Nagpur-Gondia-Amravati-Yavatmal-Wardha-Chandrapur-Gadchiroli- Akola-Washim-Buldhana-Aurangabad-Ahmednagar-Pune-Nasik-Jalgaon-Dhule-Kolhapur-Sangli-Satara-Raigad.

• Experience: - 2 years and above.

• No of positions: - 21.

Summary of the role:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate school fund raising professionals to lead the fundraising efforts of our Child A Change Maker program in schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building relationships with schools, donors & ensuring the sustainability of the CACM program.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop & implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the CACM program.

• Identify & prioritize potential sources of funding through schools & educational institutions.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, educational authorities & education institutions.

• Collaborate with school authorities & educators to integrate value-based education into the curriculum.

• Plan & execute trainings/workshops/campaigns to engage both privileged and underprivileged children, fostering empathy and understanding.

• Develop & manage the budget for the CACM program, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

• Prepare regular progress reports for internal & external stakeholders.

• Document success stories & best practices to share with the wider community.

• Ensure achievements of the laid work plans & yearly targets both qualitative and quantitative.

• Maintain accurate & up to date school database & records.

Education, Skills & experience: -

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in marketing, business administration or related field.

• Candidates with professional experience in fundraising, donor management, sales/marketing from development/social sector would be preferred.

• Should have strong ability to network & strengthen relationships with stake holders.

• Retired professionals in age group of 50-60 will also be considered.

Competencies: -

• Communication. Clearly conveying information & ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience & help them understand & retain the message. Able to give & take during a conversation in a balanced way, listening as well as speaking at appropriate intervals.

• Negotiation. Effectively exploring alternatives & positions to reach outcomes that gain the support & acceptance of all parties.

• Creates external strategic alliances. Develop & uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishments of work goals.

• Planning and organizing. Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

• Achieving results. Demonstrate drive & determination to achieve both results & success. Can be counted upon to successfully exceed goals, regularly pushes self &others for results. Bottom line oriented, persisting despite obstacles and opposition.

• Effective presentations. Effectively presents ideas (including nonverbal communication & use of visual aids) to individuals or groups when given time to prepare, delivers presentations that are adapted to the specific needs & characteristics of the audience.

The honorarium will be paid on commission basis.
