Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Community Coordinator. This role entails facilitating community engagement and conducting surveys within designated areas. The Community Coordinator will work closely with village, panchayat, and school representatives to gather essential information and foster positive relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and conduct door-to-door surveys to collect valuable data.

•Establish and maintain effective communication with village, panchayat, and school representatives.

•Utilize mobile applications for survey data collection and reporting.

•Organize and facilitate community meetings and events to promote participation and collaboration.

•Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.

•Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of survey findings.

•Collaborate with team members to achieve survey objectives and project goals.

•Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of collected data.

Required Skills:

•Proficiency in using mobile applications for door-to-door surveys.

•Fluency in both Hindi and English, with strong reading and writing skills.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Comfortable with travel within designated areas.

Compensation:

•Monthly salary: Rs.8000

•Travel and communication allowance: Rs.1500
