About Current Openings:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced candidates for the post of Project Coordinator (2 Post), MIS cum Documentation Incharge, Soil and Water Conservation Expert, Accountant.

Project Overview: A project for the livelihood enhancement of small and marginalized farmers through the promotion of ecological farming techniques and income generation activities is planning to be implemented in Mahasamund district. The project will be focusing on capacity building of farmers regarding the ecological farming practices through training programmes etc. Whereas a project on the Restoration of Degraded land and promotion of Agroforestry through nursery development, plantation and community participation is planning to be implemented in Gariaband district of Chhattisgarh.

1. Project Coordinator: The project coordinator will be responsible for implementing the project activities in 24 villages from Mahasaund district of Chhattisgarh. The project will be focused on capacity building of farmers regarding the ecological farming practices through training programmes, workshops etc.

The job location will be at Mahasamund district. The selected candidate should be ready to relocate at the rural areas of the Mahasamund district and will be interested in travelling to the remote villages for delivering the project activities with the support of field staffs.

Qualification: A professional education in the field of Agriculture, B.Sc, M.Sc Agriculture, MSW or any other relevant educational certificate with an experience of 5 years in the development sector.

Salary: The salary of the project coordinator will be around 25-30K per month.

2. Projectoordinator: The project will be focused on Restoration of Degraded land and promotion of Agroforestry through nursery development, plantation and community participation.

Job location: Gariaband district, Chhattisgarh.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master degree in Forestry, Horticulture or a relevant degree in agriculture/ Forestry with an experience of 5 years of working on the issue of Land restoration, nursery development etc.

Salary: The salary of the Project Coordinator will be around 25-30K per month.

3. MIS cum Documentation Incharge: The candidate having excellent reading, writing and documentation skills can apply for the post. The selected candidate would be responsible for report making, case study preparation and documentation work of the organization and the projects running by the organization.

Qualification: M.A English or any other relevant education. Should have good typing speed in English and Hindi and can proficiently work on computer.

Salary: Around 15-20K per month.

4. Soil and Water Conservation Expert: The candidates having prior experience of working of soil and water conservation structures can apply for the post of Soil and Water Conservation Expert.

Qualificatio: A degree in Soil and Water Conservation structures with an experience of at least 3 years.

Salary: Around 15K per month.

Other competencies:

• Having good communication skills

• Having knowledge of working in computer like MS office, word, excel, powerpoint, photoshop, corel draw etc.

• Excellent report making skill.

• Having thorough interest in working in the Tribal areas.

• The candidate should be ready to relocate at the remote rural areas from the project intervention area.

5. Accountant: An experienced candidate with education in Finance sector and having minimum 5 years of working experience in Accounts section can apply for the post of Accountant in Prerak.

Qualification: M.Com, B.Com, MBA Finance with min. 5 years of experience as an Accountant in the development sector.

Job Location: Rajim, District: Gariaband, Chhattisgarh

Salary: 25-30K per month.
