Passing Gifts Pvt Ltd invites proposals from established, reputed and experienced agencies/consultants for Development of Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) Strategies for Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, and Odisha. 

Interested firms may download detailed Terms of Reference from the Download Attachment option in this page below. The proposal should be sent to: procurement-in@heifer.org. The subject of email shall be the RFP Number i.e. RFP/PGPL/CSA/001 followed by the “Bidder’s Name”.

Deadline Of Submission: 26th APRIL  2024, 18:00 PM IST
