Job Description

Adarsh Seva Sansthan is seeking a skilled Report and Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing good-quality reports and data management. This role requires proficiency in report writing, data management, and content creation. The candidate should have a strong grasp of project management principles and be able to effectively communicate project progress through quarterly progress reports, Monthly Progress Reports, and Annual Reports.

Responsibilities:

Report Writing:

Produce good-quality reports for NGO and Government projects, including Detailed Project Reports, quarterly progress reports, MPRs, and annual reports. Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered within deadlines.

Data Management:

Manage project data effectively, including collection, organization, and analysis. Maintain databases and MIS for project-related information. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout the data management process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Development Studies, etc.). A Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in report writing, documentation, and data management, preferably in the NGO.

Proficiency in data management tools and techniques. Familiarity with project management software and platforms.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
