About the Interventions
EngenderHealth is a global organization committed to advancing sexual and reproductive health rights and gender equality. We support individuals in making free, informed decisions about sexuality and childbearing so they can live the lives they want. We collaborate with local communities and civil society organizations to prioritize health and rights. We partner with health systems and governments to provide sustainable, high-quality services and a policy environment that supports access to care.
In India, we are implementing four different projects – MOMENTUM Safe Surgery in Family Planning and Obstetrics, Adolescent Health Development, Private Sector Interventions for Improving Access to Reversible Contraceptives, Transformation for Adolescent Health, and Large-Scale Food Fortifications. The overall goals of these interventions are to improve maternal health, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) focusing on youths. Interventions around these goals offers a great opportunity to capture moments with a camera and tell the success stories of impact.
Scope of Work
As part of this photography project, EngenderHealth requires the services of a professional photographer consultant to capture photographs at the project level. The photos will sensitize stakeholders on EngenderHealth’s impact on advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights and gender equality.
While we will want to capture sexual, reproductive, and maternal health-related subjects, we are specifically looking to expand beyond mothers and babies and secure artistic images of strong healthy women, girls, families, and communities to help portray the world we are working to create, inside and outside of the health facility. The images should also showcase our strategic approaches focused on strengthening health systems, meaningful youth participation, and the transformation of gender norms.
