Required Qualification:

Post Graduate (PG) degree in Social Science / Sociology or a closely related field 

Required Experience: 

At least 7 years of experience in conducting TNA / CAN, facilitating of trainings and workshops, design of modules and manual in the field of Livelihood / Agriculture / Agri Business / Entrepreneurship Development of SHGs / FPOs / Farmers. 

Job Description: 

Assist team for carrying out inception activities and preparing inception report along with work plan

Contribute to the development of Capacity Needs Assessment (CNA) framework and study tools.

Build capacity of in-house team for undertaking CNA work and prepare field work plan

Prepare CNA report in consultation with team covering comprehensive Capacity Building (CB) plans that address identified capacity gaps and priorities

Assist team to finalize MTs selection criteria

Prepare training module and manuals

Training facilitation – 6 ToTs and 12 Trainings

Provide handholding support to seller / MTs for on-boarding, undertaking transactions,

Prepare framework for mapping training impact and build the capacity of internal staff, MTs for conducing impact assessment work.

Provide on-going support and mentorship to master trainers to enhance their training delivery capabilities.

Provide guidance and support to project teams on implementing monitoring protocols and capturing relevant data.

Plan and conduct training output studies to assess the impact and outcomes of capacity-building interventions and develop note

Prepare template for case studies documentation and undertake follow up for its compilation

Extend support to team for preparing progress reports timely by sharing key activities under CB components, training monitoring etc.

Assist team for preparing final report consisting, outputs, outcomes, and lessons learned into a final report.
