Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES broadly include, but not limited to,

1) Program & Impact Management

a) Regular interactions with the on-ground team to ensure effective program delivery, identify training needs and remedy challenges

b) Assist the management team to ideate, improve, build, and communicate curriculum, formats, assessment techniques for better impact evaluation and build collaborations for programs to enable overall development of the beneficiaries

c)Manage student admissions, volunteer onboarding, orientation, training, feedback and related documentation for all programs as per organisational guidelines.

d) Manage all SAC co-curricular activities and events

2) Operations and Administration

a)Work with the team to identify volunteer requirements for various programs and ensure orientation

b)Attend all review meetings and training organized by SAC.

c)Provide timely reports to management team around programs, educators, beneficiaries, impact or any such purpose as required
