Job Description

Shanta Memorial Rehabilitation Centre (SMRC), Bhubaneswar, is pleased to invite proposals form consultants/ agencies to conduct baseline study of a European Union funded project, jointly implemented by Handicap International, Ekta, SMRC and Sadhana in six districts of Odisha.

Project Title: Collective Inclusive Action by Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the state of Odisha to Raise the Voice of Intersectional Vulnerable Communities

Project geography: Six districts of Odisha state in India viz. Koraput, Rayagada, Puri, Mayurbhanj, Ganjam & Gajapati 

The selected consultant/agency will undertake a comprehensive baseline study of a representative sample of a total of 845 CSOs and stakeholders across the six districts. The study will provide valuable insights into the organizational, technical, and programmatic capacities of CSOs, with a specific focus on intersectional inclusion. Key areas of baseline include public outreach, community engagement, livelihood strategies, leadership, governance, and digital literacy.

Proposed Schedule:

The consultant will complete the baseline study within 60 days from the commencement of the contract.

Submission of Application: 

Application should consist of detailed technhttpsical proposal and financial proposal for the baseline study.  

Interested consultant/ Agency are requested to submit following documents along with the proposals i.e. cover letter, CVs, organogram, sample of work, reference letters, and relevant certificates.
