PARAS INDIA was established in 2007 with the aim to transform society by uplifting and dignifying the marginalized sections of the society. We are a national level nongovernmental organization which is currently working in six states in India, namely, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Uttarakhand and Delhi-NCR. Our focus areas include education, gender, counselling, awareness generation, livelihood, healthcare and disaster management. Responsibilities
• Stakeholder Coordination: Day-to-day coordination with project stakeholders including district and block government officials and frontline workers, civil society organizations, research agency, target beneficiaries and their caregivers, and community
• Project Management: Work with the field team to ensure the successful and timely completion of tasks related to data collection, management, analysis, and project implementation
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and arrange for all logistics and site support needs related to the research, intervention design, and implementation phases
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Conducts field visits to monitor and evaluate study activities, prepare reports, and support documentation and progress tracking
• Government Liaison: Participate in government meetings of the blocks and district
• Other task -Organize training and capacity building, baseline survey, field visit, develops work plans, action plan, progress reports, Meeting with local funding agencies (NGO, Corporate sector and other), You have to ensure that the work of PARAS is conducted smoothly in the entire Bundelkhand.
• Perform other activities, as assigned by director to achieve organizational goals.
Education Background:
• Post-graduate degree in Social work or related field
• 4 years of experience in roles involving community engagement, community mobilization, creating awareness among the community
Skill
• Ability to communicate clearly; good verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
• Understanding of cultural aspects of Bundelkhand region
• Leadership, project management, and implementation abilities to drive the project in the Bundelkhand region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have access to a two-wheeler vehicle and possess a valid Driving License
Salary: negotiable (We can discuss depend on your experience and qualification)
