Positions Overview:

The position of Administrator is based at Gop block of Puri in Odisha where the person will be working for the overall management of administration of the Gop field office of the organisation. The person will be responsible for keeping books of accounts and also performing administrative responsibilities as per the guidance.

Role and Responsibilities:

Accounts Related:

• Track expenses and maintaining the record of expenditure with bills and vouchers & Expenditure Sheets.

• Prepare Monthly Expenditure budget at field office level.

• Maintain Cash Book, Stock Register, Fixed Assets Register etc.

• Working with the organization accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and managing vendor contracts.

• Resolve staff related accounts issues and provide support.

Administration Related:

• Working to meet the administrative requirement of the office like vehicle for travel, logistics, Office supplies, office maintenance etc.

• Maintaining administration of the office like preparing attendance sheet of staff, maintaining leave & office records, movement details of the staff etc.

• Provide support in organizational program activities as required.

• Resolve staff related administrative Issues and provide support.

Requirement:

Candidate should have a Batchler’s degree and above in Commerce / MBA Finance with graduation in Commerce from a recognized university. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of working experience performing the described roles and responsibilities. The specific requirements are as follows:

• Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role

• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Knowledge of basic financial regulations

• Sharp time management skills

• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Nature of Employment:

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to get associated with the organization for a minimum period of two years, which may be extended depending on the satisfactory performance and subject to availability of resources and continuity of the projects.

Compensation Offered:

The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
