Khetri Trust is a Testamentary Trust established in 1987 by Late Raja Bahadur Sardar Singh of Khetri to manage his enormous estate with a current value of Rs. 2500/- crores consisting of a portfolio of high-value properties and utilize the proceeds to benefit students and scholars.

Job Summary:

We are looking for young and highly motivated candidates to assume responsibility for daily management, human resources, maintenance, and upkeep of Trust properties.

The Manager -General Administration is a Senior-level position and is expected to Plan and organize the properties by regularly inspecting and removing encroachments. The candidate will be required to file criminal cases in police stations associated with encroachments or illegal activities related to the Trust properties.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with broad generalist responsibilities but with specialist skills to handle legal matters and can analyse and appreciate legal scenarios.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in liberal arts, MBA or LLB.

Candidates should be with 7 to 10 years of similar experience.

Strong ability to analyse and appreciate legal scenarios and understand the nuances of litigation.

Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organise effectively, solve problems quickly and communicate effectively.

Ability to understand revenue records and property laws.

Exposure to civil and criminal action, including the ability to handle external conflicts.

Rapid cognition - thinks quickly, assimilates ideas well, and readily applies a range of relevant observations and thinking to new situations.

Remuneration:

The budgeted consolidated remuneration is Rs. 6 to 12 lacs per annum. However, offers will be made entirely depending on evaluating the candidate’s potential, qualifications, experience, and job retention ability. We provide enormous opportunities for individual career growth.
