Compensation: 24,000 (P.M.) (Negotiable)
Qualification: Master degree in Psychology relevant field from an esteemed University
Experience: A minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant experience

Key Deliverables:
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to enhance youth's life skills and emotional well-being.
• Develop personalized action plans to support youth in achieving their personal, educational, and career goals.
• Facilitate engaging workshops on life skills topics and help them to get ready for placements.
• Collaborate with community resources for referral and additional support services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and participant progress.
• Assess participant needs and evaluate the effectiveness of counselling interventions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Stay updated on best practices in counselling and youth development.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure a holistic approach to youth development.
• Advocate for the well-being and empowerment of youth within the community
• Perform any other task as required or instructed by reporting Authority or Programme Manager.
Key Skills Required:
Here is a list of few skills which will be helpful in the daily functioning as a Counsellor (Pankh):
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially in excel, word, PowerPoint and Google Drive etc.
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
• Fluent in Hindi and Odia.
• good knowledge of counselling and mobilization.
