Job Title: Community Mobilizer -5

Location: South East Delhi

Remuneration: Rs. 23,000 monthly [consolidated].

EFRAH believes in the basic capacities of people to develop as useful citizens capable of managing their affairs and contributing towards the development of community with active participation of people with exhaustive Education, Vocational Training, Self Help Group formation, Micro Finance, agriculture and natural resource management RCH programme, HIV/AIDS and Adolescents development programme working in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh

What are we looking?

1. We are looking for a suitable candidate as Community Mobilizer (5 positions) for women and adolescents girls Skill development and gender awareness related Projects with graduate degree in Social Science/ similar field to carry a team working with Community.

2. Who possess computer skill and spoken Hindi and English will be preferred.

3. Preferably candidates with 2-3 years experience in Community Mobilization related project implementation having report writing & documentation skill.

4. Who can deal with organization resources with utmost honesty and professional ethics

Duties/Assignments: The Community Mobilizer will:

• Responsible for working with community to spread awareness about the Programme.

• Identification of vulnerable households and verification of the household details, the socio- economic profile, including information given for enrollment to schemes.

• Support to the Community and managing the Meetings/Training etc.

• Help in creating demand for services.

• Engage regularly with community, build social awareness, and motivate the community to join various programs meant for their development, and help them in better access.

• Reports to the Project Coordinator on a day to day basis.

• Counseling of mobilizing the community people and community volunteers, Groups and their Target community.

• Verification of documents submitted by beneficiaries.

• Reporting, documentation and report to Coordinator.

• Responsible for accepting applications, initial scrutiny of documents and check for support papers.
