Position: Nurse Location: Faith Charitable Trust, Bhubaneswar

Job Description: As a Nurse at Faith Charitable Trust, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals undergoing treatment for Substance Use Disorders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Patient Care: Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing detoxification, rehabilitation, and recovery from substance abuse.

2. Medication Management: Administering medications as prescribed by medical professionals and monitoring patient responses.

3. Assessment and Monitoring: Conducting health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and observing patient behavior to ensure their safety and well-being.

4. Health Education: Providing education to patients and their families about substance abuse, treatment options, and strategies for recovery.

5. Collaborative Care: Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, counselors, and social workers, to develop individualized treatment plans and support holistic recovery.

6. Crisis Intervention: Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate interventions as needed.

7. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in the state of Odisha.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in mental health or substance abuse treatment settings.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and non-judgmental approach towards individuals with substance use disorders.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
