Educational Qualification:- BTech

Experience:- Must have 2 years of experienc

Visit all centers at least twice per month to inspect infrastructure, monitor program operations and staff performance, and ensure mobilization aligns with guidelines to meet employment targets.

· Coordinate with team members and manage schedules, training batches, quality implementation, and data management.

· Oversee service delivery coordination between DEP and other VIDYA Mumbai and Pan Vidya programs.

· Implement and oversee Spoken English, life skill classes and awareness sessions to ensure the smooth running of these.

· Plan and coordinate program activities and events.

· Dvelop staff capacity through training and certification upskilling opportunities.

· Prepare monthly reports for donors and assist with proposals and newsletters.

· Manage partnerships with knowledge partners. Coordinate certification exams.

· Work with vendors and senior management to set up new DEP centers.

· Build relationships and collaborate with vendors, partners, donors, and community members.

· Ensure regular alumni and impact tracking at all centers.

· Coordinate volunteer schedules based on availability and manage expectations.

· Select appropriate DEP candidates with hiring manager and assign training and duties.

· Ensure staff adhere to MIS reporting requirements.

· Manage staff attendance and approve leave requests of staffs.
