The company is working in the field of Organic farming and PGS certifications program. The Head Office is located in Guwahati, Assam currently the organization is actively working under various State/Central Govt. projects in 7 states including Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand and Maharashtra with a base of more than 75,000 plus farmers and approximately 4000 Local Groups. Our primary objective is to promote excellence and ensure compliance with National and International quality standards across the organic agriculture industry.

Position: Account Executive

Job Description: As an Account Executive at Qmark International Certifications Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Prepare summary reports highlighting key issues for review by upper executives.

Assign projects to department members and oversee productivity to ensure efficient workflow.

Present accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management, providing insights and recommendations.

Assist the Reporting Manager in various tasks to support financial reporting and analysis.

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording sales, purchases, bank transactions, cash flow, and journal entries.

Conduct reconciliation of debtors, creditors, and staff ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.

Demonstrate proficiency in GST returns, TDS calculations, and familiarity with accounting standards.

Utilize Tally-ERP Prime, Excel, and other software tools to streamline accounting processes.

Supervise general office management activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies and procedures.

Undertake any other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the finance department. 

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

r's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.

Compensation Offered:

The remuneration package is budgeted for a range of INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month. The offer made to the selected candidate shall commensurate with qualifications, experience and previous salary of the candidate.

Age Limit: Maximum up to 35 years

Selection Process: Written test followed by Personal Interview
