Job profile: Finance Officer

General responsibilities:

Assist in preparing the Unit work-plan and budgets.

Funder Management.

Tally entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable; BRS preparation.

Prepare RTGS letter.

Statutory compliance and Governance.

Facilitate Audit work (Internal Audit and Statutory Audit).

Checking bills submitted by vendors and branch offices.

Vouching (Journal, Payment, receipt, Contra).
