Job brief

We are looking for a Position of MIS Assistant for Ashok Agritech and Social Development office based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

No of Vacancies :- 2 (local person will be priority)

Responsibilities:-

1. Perform general MISs tasks are, handling email, files, mailings, and and coordinating google and zoom meeting-room

2. Drafting of letters and correspondence and organizing them in files

3. Preparation & Formatting deferent type Reports

4. Order office supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure equipment is operable

5. Maintain filing system, contacts database, employee lists, and inventories

6. Support to Project managers on all different type activities as required

Requirement and skills

• Preferred qualification is B Sc, B.Com or Graduate; Freshers are welcome

• Basic proficiency in English spoken and written

• Functional knowledge in MS Office (word, excel and power point presentations)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems

• Good time-management and organizational skills

• Collecting the data from field team and maintaining it on computer.
