The motto of the ESF is “Energy by Locals for Locals”. As part of our growth, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated accountant to join our team.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The accountant’s responsibilities will include auditing financial documents and procedures, maintaining tally records, coordination with CA as and when required, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. Our ideal candidate is familiar with accounting software packages and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

2. Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

4. Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.

5. Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.

6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

8. Prepare and file tax returns.

9. Assist with internal and external audits.

10. Documentation of all the relevant documents in soft as well as hard copies

11. Maintain the tally records

12. Make the data and information available to the CA and seniors

13. Take care of responsibilities related to accounts department as given by

the senior management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven work experience as an accountant.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

4. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
