Responsibilities:
? Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
? Handle email correspondence and follow up on inquiries promptly.
? Provide support in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
? Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
? Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
? Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
? Utilise computer skills to perform tasks such as data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet management.
? Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
? Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, or outreach activities.
? Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Requirements:
? Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Welfare, or a related field.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Ability to handle email correspondence and follow-ups efficiently.
? Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
? Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Previous experience in administrative support or related roles is preferred but not required.
