About Gramotthan Resource Centre:
GRC is centre promoted by a GROUP OF NRIs working in the US with the objective to work in 100 villages around the centre for income upgradation of families though different skill development activities, agriculture, livestock husbandry, apiculture, floriculture, horticulture and water management practices. This Centre aims at promoting community institutions for awareness, collective action and empowerment with special focus on women.
This centre plans to introduce modern technologies and market interventions for forward & backward linkages.

Job Description
The candidate is required to design, develop, implement and manage the field operations of GRC, with following details:
• Develop strategic and operational plan for GRC operations in consultation with the key stakeholders
• Recruit, train and onboard the field team members.
• Prepare monthly plans and progress reports. Report important operational issues to the management
• Design farm and non-farm activities for income enhancement of targeted community.
• Explore backward and forward value chain interventions
• Regularly guide and support the team in effectively implementing field operations
• Make field visits regularly to monitor the implementation processes and quality.
• Consultations with the community on the utility and effectiveness of interventions.
• Conduct monthly review meetings with the management
• Documentation and data management
• Coordinate with expert persons and agencies for inputs to improve the pace and effectiveness of programmes
• All other tasks required to ensure that programmes are impactful and in sync with the vision and mission of the GRC.

Candidature
We are looking for an Agriculture graduate or person with long experience in farm-based livelihoods promotion (minimum 7 years’ experience in NGO sector) who can design and implement the programmes, manage the field team and operations and coordinate with the management of GRC

• Good oral and written communication skills. Can manage at least basic reports in English

Location: Uchchain, Bharatpur, Rajasthan

Salary
Salary will depend on experience, profile and last drawn salary. The upper limit is Rs. 6 lakhs per annum CTC
