Position: District Manager

Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

Reporting to: State Head Rajasthan

Required Qualification:

Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences/Rural Development Management or any graduate with relevant experience in rural development sector.

Essential experience: 8 + years of working experience in the rural development sector.

Lupin Human Welfare and Research Foundation (LHWRF) is working in Bharatpur district since more than 3 decades. Up to last year CSR program approach was holistic and intervention were made in all verticals like Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Non-Farm sector, Women Empowerment, Health, education and infrastructure development. This year onward organization has changed its strategy and now core focus is on Livelihood development & Lives (healthcare). Organization is also implementing external projects funded by other development agencies in the same domain.

The District Manager will be responsible for overall implementation of LHWRF program in the district. He/she will also be responsible for administration and HR management as per organizational policies and as per directions from reporting officer.

Role & responsibilities:

• Facilitation and handholding support to district level teammates and cluster level field teams for quality implementation of the program and achievement of desired outcomes as per the annual plan
• Liaison with District administration and concerned line departments for smooth implementation of CSR program and convergence of ongoing Govt schemes in the program.
• S/he will maintain good working relationships with government officials and other development partners working in the district.
• S/he will conduct monthly review & planning meetings with team leaders and field teams.
• Participation in District level meetings and highlight progress, success stories and areas of improvement for appropriate action from the district administration.
• S/he will provide timely updates about activities in the district through program monitoring reports, surveys, documentation of gaps, learnings and success stories
• Proactive for innovations and new initiatives for more impactful interventions
• Strengthen Monitoring and MIS system
• Data consolidation and reporting as required
• Preparation of annual plan and budget as per organizational guidelines
• Facilitation for overall administration of office infrastructure and HR management at District level. S/he will ensure efficient use of organizational assets and Human resource engaged in the district
• Coordination with State Head based at Alwar and Livelihood Head based at Pune.
• S/he will conduct performance appraisal of all Human Resources in the district and recommend it to State head for further approval
• Identification of training and capacity building needs of other teammates and its plan in coordination with State head
