Position: MIS Associate
Program: Prabhat Water Conservation Project
Reporting: Project Manager
Location: Parmarth Head Office-Orai (Jalaun)

Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan is Non-Governmental, Not for Profit – Civil Society organization, working for the weaker and deprived sections of the society. The organization has been working to bring qualitative improvement & changes in lives of the vulnerable. The organization has been made to engage diversified community groups and stakeholders such as women & adolescents’ groups, youth, social activists, academicians, media functionaries, lawyers, researchers, change makers, students, political forces, panchayat members in the developmental processes.

Brief about LAMP Program:

Prabhat is our sustainable community development initiative that aims to create sustainable and inclusive communities. It builds on local community needs at a grassroot level, in line with India’s development agenda and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
By enhancing employability and income generation among rural communities, Prabhat’s Livelihood Centres are bringing about a positive change. We have collaborated with multiple social enterprises and NGOs such as Labour Net India Services Private Limited, American India Foundation Trust, Yusuf Minerally Centre, Institute of Livelihood Research and Training, Anu dip Foundation, Head Held High Foundation and MoooFarms Private Limited, water conservation project with PSSS. We conduct training in beauty and hair care, tailoring, retail sales, electrician, e-commerce, data entry operator/tally, web and graphic designing, laptop and mobile repair, welding and more. These skills empower our Prabhat beneficiaries to find suitable salaried jobs or start their ventures. So far, over 95,000 people have been certified in skill-based training. Financial and digital literacy are also significant components of the training sessions to help the beneficiaries embrace technology and make them future-fit.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for monitoring and evaluation of all the project activities including the preparation of progress reports and managing the project MIS.
• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the program activities in the field as per the schedule given in project proposal.
• Responsible to Manage Budget and Vendor Management
• Regular Tracking and Follow up Support.
• Monitoring of attendance and staff performance.
• Responsible to facilitate baseline and end line assessment.
• Responsible for mapping the areas for intervention.
• Responsible for maintaining the database of the staff.
• Responsible for sharing the progress report of the project every month with the Project Director.
• Responsible for working closely with Quality Expert under the supervision with Project Manager.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor Degree/Master degree/ diploma or higher in Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Science/ Development Studies or equivalent discipline. Good knowledge of English and Hindi.

Desired Competencies:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and monitoring and evaluation related activities in any developmental programs or projects.
• Data analysis, documentation and research skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Hindi and English.
• A self-starter who can perform with minimal supervision
• Ability to work closely with staff/ field coordinator’s /Trainers
• Managerial, analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills.

Reporting: Project Manager

Other: Salary shall be commensurate with experience.
