The Position :- We are looking for a ambitious, driven professional to head all the non clinical operations at the Hospital (details as below) The position will work in close coordination with the Medical Director and will report to the Managing Trustee.The position is based at Nashik,Maharashtra Role and responsibilities :-
• Statutory Compliance Management
• Employee discipline, morale , motivation, capacity building. Build a strong and collaborative employee connect. Employee training, both skills and behaviour
• Ensure the culture of empathy, vision and mission of the organisation is understood and inculcated in all.
• As Head of the Institute, to support and ensure that the Clinical team under the Medical Director is aligned to the performance of the Institute. The Medical Director will have administrative reporting to this position
• Manage budgets, revenue, expenditure , monthly MIS review
• Hospital Operations, high standard in housekeeping, upkeep of equipments and infrastructure.
• Public relations and community connect
• Community Ophthalmic Outreach Program –Planning, co-ordination and monitoring
• Liaison and compliance with various foundations for grants, building reputation of the organisation
• Spearheading the management activities and operations of eye hospital and leading the team of nursing staff, paramedical staff, Medical Social Workers Team, streamlining managements information system in hospital
• Identifying local vendors for consumables , vendor valediction and credit management, lead purchase committee ,manage stocks and stores management
• Coordinating with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth functioning
We are looking for the following requisites in the candidate

The ideal candidate will be :-
• Graduate /Postgraduate in Hospital Management (Preferred)
• Around 12-15 years experience managing a hospital with around 100 beds and 100 plus employees or deputy in hospital administration in a big hospital, preferably in an institute with exposure to Philantrophy
• Go getter and must have hands on experience in building, improving performance of the institute.
• Preferably be able to speak and understand Marathi. Understand and speak in Hindi is required
