Designation - Social Business Marketing Head-UKD

Location - Simli, Karnaprayag

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Leading the management and Agriculture extension support
2. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
3. Setting up and promoting company with membership of farmers in target cluster
4. Providing extension support to the project farmers including training on cropping techniques
5. Ensuring timely availability of quality inputs (seeds, fertilizers and pesticides) to the project farmers
6. Facilitating the company develop its business planning
7. Guiding field teams on convergence with government schemes
8. Securing credit access for the company
9. Helping in design innovations and development for mechanization and ensuring access to technology for up gradation of products and scaling the operations
10. Planning and providing support for brand-building and market linkages (Backward and forward linkages)
11. Assisting the company in securing trade licenses and meeting legal compliances.
12. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
13. Coordinating with staff and internal resources
14. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports
15. Report and escalate to management as needed
16. Manage the relationship with the client , facilitating agency and all stakeholders
17. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
18. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
19. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
20. Ensuring smooth project management including documentation of activities on the MIS.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience of working in Producer Company or Working on livelihood generation projects
