About Milaan Foundation
Milaan Foundation is a registered non-profit organization founded in 2007. We envision an inclusive and equal world, where every girl has the knowledge, skills, and social environment to pursue her dreams and explore her full potential. Over the last 14 years, Milaan has worked with more than 35,000 children and young people and advocated for safer and more inclusive spaces for them at various state and national platforms.
Milaan aims to empower adolescent girls by addressing 4 dimensions that we have identified that are critical for their well-being: 1) Completion of Secondary Education, 2) Adolescent Health, 3) Enhanced Agency, and 4) Prevention of Gender Discrimination and Violence.

Roles and responsibilities :
Milaan is committed to scaling its programs with the aim to create a more genderequitable world and is looking for a Manager -Impact, to design, develop and implement a strategic impact measurement function at Milaan.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design impact measurement tools for various programs at Milaan and enable the team to implement the tools in the program as per the design.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to communicate the impact of the programs with the stakeholders including donors, strategic allies, etc.
• Develop reports capturing the impact of Milaan’s programs in accordance with the globally accepted scientific frameworks.
• Participate in research and advocacy activities of the organization to showcase the impact of Milaan’s work and sector alignment at various state, national and international platforms.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills :
• Masters Degree in any of the social sciences subjects.
• Excellent knowledge of designing quantitative and qualitative tools for impact assessment with at least 3 years of experience working for gender equality.
• Highly organized and self-accountable for efficient remote working.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously; strong organizational skills and significant attention to detail.
