Marketing Executive

Location: Meghalaya - West Jaintia Hills (Laskein Block) & HO (Noida).

No of Position: 2

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 3-5 years

Remuneration: No bar for suitable candidate

Roles & Responsibility:

• To promote and market rural products made by SHGs/Women Entrepreneurs and create a viable revenue generating model.
• To tie up with vendors for supply chain management of all products (Agricultural production, Self Help Groups products like consumables/non consumables etc and/or any products).
• To identifying potential markets, both physical and digital/online to showcase the products made by the beneficiaries of the Foundation.
• To assess and ensure quality and marketability of products.
• To develop linkages with raw material suppliers and ensure proper supply of materials and maintenance of inventory
• To develop linkages with Govt schemes and opportunities for participating in fairs and haats.
• To identify and develop linkages for export of products.
• To develop linkages and identify credit/subsidy/incentive schemes for women entreprenuers.
• Maintain all reports & documents of the day to day operations.
• Any other task as assigned by reporting head.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in marketing/Fashion designing or similar degree from reputed university.
• Experience of 3-5 years in social sector specifically handling marketing aspects of the beneficiaries by products.
• Good communication skills in English & regional language.
• Should be a good communicator.
• Knowledge of retail in domestic and international market
• Adept in quick reporting – both quantitative and qualitative
• Well versed with computers and should be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Illustrator or Photoshop etc.
• Should be able to report on online MIS formats.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Candidate must possess a valid Driving Licence and should have his own bike for field work.
• Candidate should have his own working laptop.
• Should be flexible to travel and adjust as per project need.
