Right Path Foundation, a registered trust, is dedicated to the capacity building and skill development of youths.' To promote and impart professional/technical capacity building and skill development education/training to youths to generate/enhance their earning opportunities.

Right Path Foundation requires a Director. The employee will be posted at Patna, Bihar.

Essential Qualification: - 1. Minimum Second Class (45%) Master’s Degree, 2. Seven (07) years’ experience in supervisory capacity, preferably but not necessarily, in the field of education/social service, 3. Knowledge of computer and local language (Hindi-both verbal & written).

Desirable: – 1. Experience in administration/management and guiding/conducting research or evaluation, preferably in skill development training. 2. Experience as Team Leader and/or heading an organization.

Age: Maximum 55 years, on the date of application.
