Specialist Human Resources – Education Sector, New Delhi
A national level foundation working in the education sector is wishing to hire a HR specialist based at New Delhi (currently work from home). A candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in HR operations and prior exposure of managing recruitment of teachers would be well suited for the role. The candidate should have recruited for JEE and NEET teachers, can prepare sourcing strategy and manage the function of talent acquisition and life cycle development on its own.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Specialist Human Resources will include the following:
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals
• Sourcing, including databases, job portals, social networking sites, referrals, cold calling etc
• Conduct employee engagement activities across the organization
• Strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
• Coordinate and supervise the work to junior staff
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
• Preparing documentation of the new employee joined such as offer and confirmation
• Coordinate with different vendors for administrative tasks
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates suitable for this position:
• Proven experience in recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) and HR administration
• Up to 4 to 8 years’ relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing in English
• Experience in National or international Ngo is must
• Experience in Education sector is must
• Confident, self-driven and a team player.
