Pahal Jan Sahyog Vikas Sansthan has been working in Barwani. The primary focus of the PAHAL is the women and child rights. Secure environment stabilization, gender equity and empowerment of the community for self-sustainability are the most important components of its mission. Gender Justice, Women and Child Health and livelihood security are their primary areas of concern. Required qualification and experience
• PG in Social Work/ Sociology / Rural Development / Development Planning
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling nutrition and related projects

Roles and Responsibility
• Overall responsible for evidence-based implementation of the project and coordination with WHH on behalf of the partner NGO.
• Develop strong liaison with the District administration, District program officer ICDS, management unit (DPMU) under NRHM/SRLM and other relevant departments.
• Ensuring quality implementation of the project as per design rolling out of PLA in the entire district through supporting the district trainers’ team.
• Provide leadership to the team and ensure quality contributions of each team member. work closely with the District officials.
• Ensure the program management at the partner organisation level, program planning, implementation, and reporting.
• Knowledge management and advocacy activities at the district level, representing the project interventions.
• Ensure the district level liaising and coordination with the District collector and DPO ICDS and other govt departments.

Monthly salary up to INR 50000/- per month
