JOB TITLE: Senior Associate, Academy

About CPPR Academy
CPPR Academy offers training and development opportunities in the form of internships, short-term courses, workshops and other engagements to students and young professionals looking to engage in the public policy space. These immersive programs are curated to engage bright minds in political discourse and to be agents of change.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evolve partnership's as well as courses with National and International like minded organisations and institutions
2. Ensure CPPR academy is the go to place for public policy courses across the country
3. Create a clear publicity strategy for each course and ensure that it is run successfully year over year
4. Mobilise faculty of world class excellence to deliver programs for the academy on permanent or consultancy basis
5. Conceptualise and develop various Academy programs
6. Content development of the courses and programs
7. Develop monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for the programs
8. Conducting and facilitating various Academy programs
9. Executing the PR strategy and communication goals of CPPR Academy
10. Developing and strengthening the alumni network
11. Developing and maintaining platforms for online courses

Requirements:
1. Experience of 3-4 years in formulating and running courses with education or skill based training institutions
2. Education qualification - Post graduation from any stream
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
4. Skills in social media marketing
5. Strong people skills & ability to network
6. Proficiency in Malayalam an added advantage
