Job Description

The Report Writer is to mainly work together with Project Coordinators to produce high quality deliverables (such as Program Proposals, Inception Reports, Monthly Updates, Final Reports, Evaluation Infographics and any other required reports) before submission to the Central team of Pratham and the state government.
Salary: 27500 CTC per month
Duties and Responsibilities
o Revise and edit content developed by different writers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the reports flow and maintain a consistent tone throughout.
o Work to develop graphical content needed to enhance the look and feel of the reports.
o Follow up with team members and management for feedback and revisions, and to ensure that the report stays on schedule.
o Assemble the final text, graphics, exhibits, and supporting documents into an attractive, client-ready package.
o Lead in preparing complete Draft Evaluation Report in coordination with the MME team of Pratham.
o Pay field visits to program sites in rural areas to learn about the program and its implementation.
o Any other task assigned by the state head.

Essential Requirements
o Excellent report writing skills in English language, preferably in writing evaluation reports, editing and proofreading skills.
o At least Bachelors’ degree.
o Computer Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, other relevant software)
o Ability to work independently and as a part of diverse teams
o Comfortable with travelling to rural and remote areas
