Position: Human Resource Manager

Location: Noida

Salary: 40000-50000/- Per month

Joining: Should be able to join within a week’s time upon selection

Duties & Responsibilities :

Roles and Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for Life Cycle Management of employees of the organization, handling entire HR generalist function includes recruitment, induction/orientation of new personnel, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee attendance, payroll & salary administration, employee benefits, culture management, exit process and administration.

Minimum Qualification, knowledge and experience:

BSW/MSW/MBA(Human Resource) with 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position in a reputed NGO/organization.

Competencies :

1. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels; ability lead, nurture and develop teams.
2. Knowledge and experience of basic HR processes
3. Ability to drive HR programs independently
4. Good complex problem resolution skills and ability to deal with ambiguities.
5. High level of interpersonal skill and integrity.
6. Ability to influence others including peers and business leaders.
7. Strong relationship management skills.
8. Process-oriented proven ability to improve/streamline processes to support business needs.
9. Strong employee relation & communication skills.
10. Excellent skills in employee engagement and recruitment
11. Good knowledge of computer applications and MIS management
