Field Visits & Review Meetings Attend fortnightly cluster meetings with CAs and follow-up on the technical issues.
Structured 15 days field visits to selected ASCs and submit QMIS reports
Technical audit of RPI & tablets during field visit.
Technical support to resolve hardware & software issues related to Mindspark, CA App & portal.
Submit Nanhi Kali profiles Quality check of Nanhi Kali profiles & photographs submitted by the Pos and share with NKDS.
Dropout & replacement Coordinate with PO for dropout replacement
Quality check of replacement profiles submitted by the Pos and share with NKDS.
CA honorarium statement Review the CA honorarium statement prepared by the AFO and share the final statement with MIS team.
MIS Share ASC wise summary reports with respective POs
Identify mismatch in data and follow-up with POs for correction.
Upload the latest profile photos of NKs in every three years.
Identify the critical indicators and share with POs for follow-up.
Syncing of mindspark data Create system for syncing mindspark data on weekly basis
Follow-up on the pending syncing of data on the basis of synced mindspark reports.
Training Training to field team on data analysis and interpretation.
