Project -Clean Noida

Education & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass with good community level understanding working exposure+ basic computer skill

Job Summary
•The Community Mobiliser will be responsible of assigned 2-4 Urban Villages of Noida and look after village level end to end activities related to Clean Noida project under guidance of Field Coordinator like need assessment study, PRA and resource mapping, community participatory action, SWM awareness campaign, GVP mapping, community engagement, community ownership in GVP cleaning, beautification & sustainability action & regular monitoring by VSC, community level events and documentation for every action.

•The Community Mobiliser will be directly responsible for effective implementation of Clean Noida project in the targeted area. He will organize a regular meeting in targeted villages in assigned villages as per plan.

•From the targeted villages community leaders (women & men) to be identified to bring community ownership under the project from household level waste segregation to Garbage vulnerable points cleaning, beautification, regular awareness and creating good rapport of organization & project among community.

•Data/information collection and sharing in the required format and submit daily basis to FC/PM.
•Ensure regular meetings and visit wise photographs should be shared via email or What’s app.
•Timely capacity building meetings of Village Swacchta Committee (VSC) should be conducted time to time and engage them actively in this Clean Noida project. Regularly enhance the capacity under guidance of Field Coordinator, ensure timely submission of monthly work done documents to your reporting head.
•Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by Field Coordinator.
•Any other task assigned by management team or Program Manager.

Work Process Clarity
•Receive Planning & Regular Guidance- Field Coordinator
•Targeted Area to lead- 2-4 Urban Villages
•Community level Committee coordination- Village Swacchta Committee
•Daily Work progress update via project group & sharing of weekly reporting
•Any other task assigned by management must be completed in given timeline.
•Bike & Smart Phone is must
