Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning, Operation, Financial Management, Monitoring & Reporting of Clean Villages Project,Hardoi.

Reporting to: Executive Director/Senior Management

Location: Hardoi District, Uttar Pradesh

Education & Experience:
Minimum MSW/BTech/MBA+3 Yrs of Working Experience in NGO++ Good Community level Working Exposure+ Computer Skill+ Project Management skill Own Bike with License + Laptop etc

Job Summary:
1.The project manager will be in charge of all 35 GPs of Hardoi and look after end-to-end activities related to Clean Villages Project with the help of Cluster/Field Coordinators, MIS cum sustainability expert & active engagements of community people etc.
2.MoU based strategy planning, RRA, IEC & ToT material preparation and organize team ToT on project,community engagements & bring their ownership and make them aware about their key job responsibilities etc
3.Develop the processes to track the progress on all project components linking with timeline, ensure regular documentation & reporting mechanism for the project.
4. Under the SLWM practices in the targeted area and bring simple innovations to improvise through community ownership and promoting sustainable clean villages under the project with good replicable models.
5.Regular Monitoring Arrangements to track the village level progress through project group, google spreadsheet reporting in close coordination with top to bottom team and keep updating the progress to HO.
6.Monthly Team Meeting to Access, Evaluate & Improvisation in field condition with necessary corrective action;
7.Ensure proper documentation with the help of MIS person and ensure the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to HCLF Project Team.
8.Overall responsible to achieve the project objectives aligning with its Goal in given timeline and documents to proof the development indicators like case studies, success stories, media coverage, social media updates via HO, testimonials etc.

Work Process Clarity
1. MoU based Strategic Planning, Operation, Financial Management, Monitoring & Regular Reporting etc
2. Targeted Area to lead- 35 GPs in Hardoi District, UP
3. Ensure the RRA/ need assessment and accordingly plan clustering of GPs and team orientation aligning with field implementation & monitoring.
4. Prepare the resource and work mapping along with field team for effective project implementation in timebound manner.
5.3 Tiers system of project action & reporting ED/Senior Management (HO)-PM- MIS (1)-CC (6)
6.Support Team at Field- MIS Expert (1) and Cluster Coordinators (6)
7.Ensure monthly record keeping of physical & financial management of the project.
8.Fortnightly/Weekly Virtual Work Progress Meeting with entire team and Monthly Physical Work based Team Review Meeting.
9.Prepare a presentation for Monthly work review meeting & also conduct regular team training sessions etc.

Salary
1.It will be negotiable based on experience and subject knowledge.
