What we're looking for

Our company is seeking Field Coordinators who will be involved in imparting the knowledge of source segregation to school going students.

Responsibilities

1)Lead all training in the city for the identified programme, which delivers training to students on source segregation.
2)Assist in onboarding schools for the waste management campaigns run by the organisation.
3)Innovation in designing implementation/formats.
4)Deliver training content developed by Development Team and tailor this where necessary to the local context whilst ensuring session outcomes are delivered.
5)Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and youth receive consistent messages throughout all training interventions.
6)Prepare and follow training timetable.
7)Work with colleagues at district and regional level to continuously improve the quality of programme and ensure our work is always safe and enjoyable for youth.
8)Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of training.
9)Should have experience in conducting IEC activities.

Qualifications

1)Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Social work / Sociology with 1-2 years of PQE.
2)Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Social work / Sociology with 0-1 years of PQE.
3)High-energy levels with a passion to succeed.
4)Dynamic team player with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
5)Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
6)Freshers can also apply for this position.

Perks

1)Annual CTC 2,40,000 per annum
