• Ensure to derive the highest level of productivity from staff.
• Ensure discipline and professional working environment.
• Ensure effective processing of HR management activities like salary processing, disciplinary action, issue of memo, and all activities from recruitment to retention to exit, as per approved guidelines & policies, like recruitment, selection, joining, performance management, staff engagement, staff welfare, etc
• Identify various training requirements and organize training / capacity building sessions as per a planned calendar.
• Identifications of improving areas in the HR & Admin Dept at the policy level, and recommendation for amendments.
• Ensure that the induction and orientation for new joiners are organized as per approved policy & guidelines.
• Ensure that all the properties of the Organization are in safe hands and being maintained properly.
• Ensure that HR related accounts are up to date and monthly communication is made with entire team members.
• Ensure that all the statutory compliances of the organization are met and maintained in time as per law.
• Ensure that the grievance management system is observed effectively on a monthly basis or as per need.
• Ensure that the HR MIS is always up to date in both softcopy and hardcopy.
• Ensuring timely fulfillment of newly created open positions and replacement vacancies.
Key Competencies & Skills Required:
• Leadership, team management, proactive, multi tasking, strong work ethics, decision making, work under pressure, effective time management, keen to detail, passionate about work, interpersonal and good PR, excellent written & verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of NGO, Gantt Chart, Fluent in English, Hindi and Odia (Read, Write and Speak), Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Google drive, effective email.
