Qualification & Experience: MRM, MBA-Rural Management

Minimum Experience: minimum 10 to 15 years

Industry preference: NGO

Place of Posting: Vadodara

Computer Knowledge: M.S. Office, SPSS.

Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Job Description:

• Overall planning, development of M&E framework, monitoring
• Coordination with funding agencies
• Team deployment
• Product development planning
• Field research planning 6. Market strategy development
• Linkages with other agencies - academic, govt.
• Mobilization of funds from other donors
• Overall financial management of the project and the enterprise
• Business development - client meetings and proposal development, responding to EOIs and RFPs
• M&E Framework development and monitoring
• Government and corporate liaison at senior level
• Publications and films development
• Developing business overall for Foundation and specially for livelihood sector
• Supervision of the execution of the project through designated team
• Guide and mentor team members and interns
• Developing and implementing systems for M&E of projects
