Designation- Medical Officer
Location – Belur, Kolkata
Qualification – MBBS Doctor
Position- 1 – 2
Experience –Minimum 1-2 years of ICU/IPD/OPD/Casualty Experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities

o Diagnosis and Treatment while ensuring detailed history taking and proper documentation.
o Providing quality empathetic outpatient/clinical consultations to all patients who visit the screening OPD.
o Care of patients in diverse settings including but not limited to in-patient, outpatient, health camps and mobile clinics
o Ensuring the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material has been done by the clinical support staff
o Assuring general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
o Informing the project coordinator about any problem or complication of the patient’s illness, and monitor the proper functioning of the department, equipment or material.
o Ensuring ongoing training of the clinical support team in order to optimize the quality of care.
o Alert and readiness to participate in medical emergencies and on calls as and when required
o Ensuring strict rules on infection prevention and control to make sure family members or patient care takers are not there on the ward
o Adhering to the strict infection prevention and control guidelines that will be present on the ward in order to ensure that onward transmission of the disease is mitigated.

Requirements
• A Medical Degree and the successful completion of a residency and internship.
• A state license and certification to practice medicine.
• At least 1 year experience in ICU or critical care unit.
• Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment.
• Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dexterity and detail-oriented abilities.
• Patience and compassion.
• The ability and willingness to stay up to date on advancements, innovations, and developments in the field.
