JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying locations for mobilizing domestic workers

• Collecting baseline information of domestic workers

• Mobilizing them for different initiatives

• Conducting regular financial education trainings and assisting them for product linkages with banks and post office

• Assessing the health and livelihood needs and planning activities in coordination with the Regional Manager

• Identifying different resources and leaders in the community who will help in sustaining the program long term

• Maintaining reports and records with quality

• Networking with local organizations, banks and post office

• Achieve the set targets with impact
