About the Program:

Project Unnati Ki Shakti is a livelihood-based project under which SHG formation is one of the important components. The project focuses to empower the women & adolescent girls by helping them to identify their skills, interest, goals etc., & in the process make them financially self-reliant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liasoning with bank authorities, NRLM & other influential stakeholders for advocacy & smooth implementation of the intervention.
• Assist in coordinating with target groups for formation & mobilization for various interventional activities.
• Assist the intervention associate in maintaining the data with proper documentation.
• Provide overall operational support in the designated interventional location.
• Coordination with external trainers/experts/agencies to support any interventional activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of Hindi language. Candidates with knowledge of local language shall be preferred.
• Willingness to travel on the field extensively.
• Should have two-wheeler of their own.
• Knowledge & understanding on issues related to self-help groups & community.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate in social work/ rural studies or relevant field. However, candidates with degrees in other disciplines can also apply only if they have relevant experience.

Experience: Maximum experience of at least 1 year in the development sector. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Position Availability: Immediate

Salary: Rs. 15000 per month plus travel allowance.
