Integrated Social Welfare and Research Centre (ISWAR) a non-profit organisation, registered under Societies Registration Act, is established in the year 1994. ISWAR has the prime focus to work in the direction of improving the inclusive quality of lives of the resource poor families. It is involved in a wide thematic spread ranging from Climate Action, Reduction of Carbon Footprints, Natural Resource Management, Livelihood Promotion, Value Chain Development, Health, Education and Gender Mainstreaming.

Position: Accountant
Location: Bhubaneswar
No. of Position: 5
Position reports to: Manager Finance

Accountant will be responsible for recording financial transactions and to generate reports as and when required by the management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Tally financial accounting package.
2. Compliance of all statutory requirements.
3. Periodic financial reconciliation.
4. Coordination with project stakeholders for smooth operations.
5. Maintaining assets and stock registers.
6. Preparation of periodic fund projection.
7. Liaison with vendors for smooth fund transfer.
8. Facilitating the external/internal audit process & Compliance of auditor’s query.
9. Any other work assigned by the management.



Eligibility Criteria: Education, Experience and Skills:
• Candidate should be minimum commerce graduate. Higher qualification is preferred.
• Should have minimum 1 year of post qualification experience.
• Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, TDS, GST and other statutory regulations will be preferred.

Salary: - Rs 20,000/-(CTC)
