Nature of work: Field as well as office-based implementation and monitoring
Base Location: Tijara, Rajasthan
Field location: Mewat (Rajasthan & Haryana)
CTC: 3 lacs p.a.

Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for proper documentation of project activities and coordinating with the project field team.
? To ensure that project deliverables are achieved on time.
? Responsible for preparation and timely submission of work reports.
? Assist the designing and development of community-level surveys from time to time.
? Supervise, mentor and monitor the project field team.
? Responsible for producing engaging case-studies for project reports.
? A dynamic and resourceful person who can develop and expand existing relationships with key partners and village communities.
? Manage specific projects as assigned
? Demonstrate ability to develop next steps to move projects forward with support and guidance as needed; must demonstrate the ability to anticipate actions required; provide recommendation for senior leadership.
? Beyond above mentioned responsibilities, any other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

? Minimum Graduate in Social Work/ Humanities/ Journalism or any other relevant field.
? Has good documentation skills.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong computer skills with excellent command over MS Excel, Word and Power-point.
? Significant experience building partnerships with people and entities with diverse viewpoints.
? Previous experience in water conservation and agriculture knowledge preferred.
? A team player with a strong work ethic.
