Job Description

Major roles & responsibilities:
1. Facilitating studies for identified technical support, identify gaps and strategy detailing (Feed, Breed, Health, Marketing &, Housing). (MOV: Study Report)
2. Attending scheduled CLM meeting and guiding.
3. Fortnightly meeting of Pashu Sakhi (PS) & technical input (MOV – Pashu Sakhi meeting minutes).
4. Local cluster level training of CLM/PS/ Community (MOV: Training report in prescribed format)
5. Regular/ scheduled field visit and demo to project location for technical inputs. (MOV: Brief report of each visit with gaps identifies and technical inputs)
6. Sharing of weekly plan and Monthly work progress report submission. (MOV: Sharing of plan/report in prescribed format)
7. Target and achievement analysis of each CLM/PS and variance report. (MOV: Sharing of Report in prescribed format)
8. Field support/ field training days other than mother project. (MOV: Field Visit/ Training Report in prescribed format)
9. Attending Quarterly and Annual Review cum learning workshop at H.O. (MOV: Attendance in minutes of meeting)
10.Organising project team monthly meeting and Sharing of FCS report in the proscribed d format on monthly basis with requisite MOV and next month plan.
Monthly Activity Activity details
1. Coordinating and data collection of Pashu Sakhi work & income enhancement . Monthly Business income data collection of Pashu Sakhi/CLM from team members
2. Pashu Sakhi sustainability Sale of products by Pashu Sakhies
3. Pashu Sakhi Enterprise promotion - Buck Entrepreneurship/Kids nursery /Improved 3 goat/ feed mill Counsel and follow up with Pashu Sakhi for business linkages and initiation.
4. Adoption of improved practices by target goat farmers Management practices charge trekking
5. GRC Business strengthening 1. Monthly GRG business monitoring
6. Monthly work progress report submission 2. Monthly GRC business volume /Amount of product sold - Target Rs 50000 per GRC per month
7. Team meeting facilitation and partner meeting 3. Coordinate new training for new business option in GRC /Project
8. Field support/field training days other than TRLM 1. Data table
