have impacted the lives of thousands of children and their communities.

Name of Position: Manager at Project Management Unit

Base Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Reports to: Director

Qualification : MBA (From a Reputed college)

Salary PM for deserving candidate: 35000-40000 /-

Experience Segmentation: 0-2 Years of Relevant exp. In Programme management.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manager at Project Management Unit:

Manage & monitor the performance indicators of all projects.

Conduct weekly, monthly & quarterly review meetings with all project teams.

Plan, implement and evaluate New Initiatives at SOCH.

Ability to make strategic recommendations to positively impact projects.

Micro planning of various projects with team’s consultation.

Day to day monitoring of underperforming projects and assist the project team to smoothly navigate the deadlines

for different milestones.

Update the compiled progress reports of all projects.

Handling the team at Project Management Unit.

resolution experience, Proficiency in project management software tools, well behaved.

Knowledge of child rights, Juvenile justice, LFA, Gantt Chart Odisha – geography/ political/ social, Fluent in local language

(Read, Write and speak), Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Google drive, effective email.
