(Sales Cum Marketing Manager)

Organization Profile:

Gramshree Foundation Trust is registered under Trust act in 2018 and have been working in the Tribal belt of Rajasthan & Chhattisgarh with a vision of impacting the lives of 1 million Tribal Families through women, so that they can take control of their own lives. Currently Gramshree is working through formation of Farmer Producer Groups and Producer Organization and livelihood intervention on vegetable cultivation and natural farming.

Gramshree has promoted Farmer Producer Company of tribal women who into processing and marketing of Custard Apple and Jamun Pulp.

Gramshree is planning to implement an integrated Rural Development Project which will include working with schools in renovating the existing infrastructure in terms of repair of old toilets and construction of new ones and installation of RO plant. This project also involves opening of a computer training center, for providing tribal youth to enhance their skills. This project will support the existing farmers producer company to enhance its custard apple business.

Designation: Sale Cum Marketing Manager

Final offer: 9 months (Renewed based on the performance)

Location: Udaipur

Role Expected:

• Responsible for installation of cold at Udaipur with support of Project lead.

• Will be responsible for marketing of all types of Frozen product manufactured under Farmers Producer Company and supported by Gramshree.

• This will involve travel PAN India for lead generation and cracking the deal.

• Need to handle the India Mart App and follow up with all the buyers.

• Need to ensure the packing, loading and unloading of the product in the cold room.

• Will be overall all responsible for management of the product and cold room facility at Udaipur.

• Will be responsible for proper dispatch of the product to buyers and do the needful follow up to ensure that product reaches the buyer in proper condition.

• During the processing season if requirement come, will be required to support the processing team at Jaswanthgarh.

• Will be required to do the follow up with the buyers for payment and coordinating with accounts team to ensure the amount is credited in company account.

Qualification and Essential Terms:

1. MBA in Marketing with minimum of 1 year of experience sale and marketing or Bachelor with 3 years of experience in sale and marketing.

2. Individual should have its own two wheelers for movement & own laptop for documentation.

3. Leave is not allowed during the probation period.

4. Appointment will for nine-month, clause that one-month salary is deducted in 3 installments and kept as security. This amount is paid back after completion of nine-month period in the organization. If the candidates leave before nine-month, security amount deducted is forfeited.

Offer: Rs 20,000 to 25,000/- (Based on qualification and Experience)
