Roles & Responsibility (Job Description)

As a Finance officer you are responsible for following work:-

• To Maintain and update all books of accounts of the projects of society.

• To Maintain and update fixed assets register, stock register and other finance related register.

• To prepare Salary Sheet, BRS, Utilization certificate and other documents as require.

• To maintain and update cash book, vouchers, bills and other finance and accounts related records.

• To Liaoning with project manager and employee of the program.

• To Maintain and update Dispatch register, Stock register of printing & Stationary, Assets register etc. with or without help of sub-ordinate and seniors.

• You are responsible for MIS, Banking and admin related work of the project

• .All accounts will be maintain in Tally and hard copy like cash book vouchers will also need to be maintain as per guide line of project (BI Grants) guided by The Union.

• Prepare and submit all project related financial report to the funders as per guideline.
