Job description

•Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to each patient's individual needs, taking into account their medical history, symptoms, and other factors

•Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to help patients stay healthy and prevent the onset of medical conditions

•Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, exam findings, test results, and treatment plans

•Participate in medical research and education activities to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care
